How long will it take to receive my order?
Items that are in stock will usually ship within 3 business days. However, some items are made to order and we will reach out to you after purchase with an estimated ship date. Shipping is complimentary.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date once the ordered is ready to ship.
To check the status of your order please email us at clientservices@pamelazamore.com. Please include your order number and we will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
What are the charges for shipping, handling, and taxes?
We offer complimentary Fed-X shipping on all orders. Appropriate sales tax will be applied based on the state to which the package is shipping. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and all duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your Pamela Zamore jewelry. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a credit in the form of original payment, with the exception of custom order pieces. Please initiate your return or exchange request by emailing us at clientservices@pamelazamore.com within 7 days of receipt of your piece. We can’t accept returns requested after 7 days. Returned pieces must be unused and in original condition and original packaging. (And we of course must reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we believe the item purchased was damaged, misused, or worn.) You will receive your credit (less original shipping charge) once the item is returned to our studio and inspected.
How do I care for my pieces?
A bit of care is recommended in order to maintain the brightness of your jewels. Please apply perfumes, hair spray and makeup before putting on jewelry as they can temporarily dull the sandblasted finish.
To clean your jewels and bring back their brilliance, gently bathe pieces with soap and water using a soft toothbrush and rinse in cool water. We recommend an occasional professional cleaning.
How do I store my pieces?
Keep your jewelry away from lotion, perfumes, and chemicals such as hair spray and makeup. Store your pieces in your Pamela Zamore velvet pouch, preferably in a dry and dark place.
What if I don’t know my ring size?
We recommend having your finger sized by a reputable local jeweler. If you’re in between ring sizes, you’ll want to order the larger size.
What happens if my piece needs a repair?
With the care and craftsmanship that goes into each piece, repairs need to be carefully undertaken too. If you wish to make any changes to your Pamela Zamore jewelry, or to inquire about a repair, please begin by contacting us at clientservices@pamelazamore.com so that we can discuss. (Please note that repairs generally take 3-4 weeks with the customer responsible for cost of the work and shipping.)
