AFTER YOU PLACE YOU ORDER:   We are a boutique business and most items are made to order and will ship within 4-6 weeks .Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date once the ordered is processed (within 2 business days).  We insure all of our packages and require an adult signature upon delivery.  Please be sure to choose a mailing address for delivery where someone is available to sign for it.

OUR RETURN POLICY:  We want you to love your Pamela Zamore jewelry.  If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a credit in the form of original payment.  Please initiate your return or exchange request by emailing us at info@pamleazamore.com within 7 days of receipt of your item. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted. Returned item(s) must be unused and in original condition and original packaging.  We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we believe the item purchased was damaged, misused, or worn.  You will receive your credit (less original shipping charge) once the item is returned to our studio and inspected. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING: Appropriate sales tax will be applied based on the state to which the package is shipping. We offer complimentary shipping on any order that is over $200 shipped within the U.S. All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser.

S I Z I N G:  If you do not know your ring size, we recommend having your finger sized by a reputable local jeweler.  If you are in between ring sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size. 

JEWELRY CARE:  To keep your Pamela Zamore jewelry sparking, dilute dish soap in a small bowl of warm water and soak each piece for 5 minutes. Gently cleanse your item with a soft toothbrush and rinse under warm water. Dry with a soft cloth. Keep your jewelry away from lotion, perfumes, and chemicals such as hair spray and makeup.  Store your pieces in your Pamela Zamore suede pouch preferably in a dry and dark place.

 REPAIRS: If you wish to make any changes to your Pamela Zamore jewelry, or to inquire about a repair, please contact us at info@pamelazamore.com. Please note the customer is responsible for cost of the repair and shipping.  Repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please allow 3-4 weeks for all repairs.
