OUR RETURN POLICY: If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at 781-956-4290. We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receipt for all jewelry in its original condition. Your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we believe the item(s) purchased was intentionally damaged, misused, or worn. Your account will be credited in full (less original shipping charge) once the item is returned to our studio and inspected.
AFTER YOU PLACE YOU ORDER: All orders are generally processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. We are a boutique business and every item is made to order. We will notify you by phone should an item you ordered be unavailable to ship within this time frame.Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a UPS tracking number and an estimated delivery date once the ordered is processed (within 2 business days). We insure all of our packages and require an adult signature upon delivery. Please be sure to choose a mailing address for delivery where someone is available to sign for it.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: Appropriate sales tax will be applied based on the state the package is shipping to. We offer complimentary shipping on any order that is over $200. All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout, with a choice of UPS services provided.
S I Z I N G: If you do not know your ring size, we recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler. If you are in between ring sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size. All of our rings are available in standard women's sizes (size 6, 7, or 8).
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN AND CARE FOR MY PAMELA ZAMORE PIECES? Our products are designed to last with proper care and maintenance. Silver items are to be worn and take on the patina of a treasured piece of jewelry. You can polish your silver and gold pieces with a polishing cloth that can be purchased in most jewelry stores. Keep your jewelry away from lotion, perfumes, and chemicals such as hair spray and makeup. Store your pieces in your Pamela Zamore suede pouch preferably in a dry and dark place.
REPAIRS: If you wish to make any changes to your Pamela Zamore jewelry, or to inquire about a repair, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note the customer is responsible for cost of the repair and shipping. Repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please allow 3-4 weeks for all repairs.
